My family and I stayed at the Lodge this past weekend. I wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we had and what a gem The Flying Horse is. We are from St. Louis, MO and this was our second stay. My son and daughter-in-law live in Littleton, CO with our two grandkids. I point this out, because we are willing to stay an hour away from them because of the staff and facilities that you have. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I really want to commend Patty at the front desk of the Lodge. She was extremely helpful and friendly. When we arrived I requested an additional room, for my disabled son, that I did not have reserved. I also asked if we could have connecting rooms. Of course it was a holiday weekend and the Lodge was very full. We were early for check in so she asked if we could come back in about an hour and she would see what she could come up with. When we returned, Patty had worked her magic on the computer and provided everything we had requested with a bright smile under her mask! The rooms were fabulous, the firework show was tremendous, and the steakhouse was delicious. Please pass the Kudo’s on to Patty and anyone else that needs to know. Thanks again. We’ll see you next trip.
